What cookies we use and how you control them.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device (browser, phone) to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies include local storage, pixel tags, and tracking scripts. Throughout this policy, "cookies" refers to all of these.

• Session cookies — deleted when you close your browser.

• First-party cookies — set by DTI directly.
• Third-party cookies — set by services we use (e.g., analytics, advertising platforms).

2. Our cookie categories

We group cookies into three categories. You can accept or reject each category independently through our cookie banner.

2.1 Essential cookies (always active)

Required for the Site to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

• Language preference (NEXT_LOCALE, dti_locale) — remembers your selected language (Bahasa Indonesia or English).
• Cookie consent (dti_cookie_consent_v1) — remembers your cookie preferences so we don't ask again on every page.
• Session security — prevents cross-site request forgery (CSRF) on form submissions.

2.2 Analytics cookies (opt-in)

Help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve content and performance. We don't combine analytics data with personally identifiable information without your separate consent.

• Google Analytics 4 — page views, session duration, traffic sources, device types. Data retention: 26 months.
• Microsoft Clarity (when enabled) — anonymized heatmaps and session recordings to understand UX issues. Data retention: 13 months.

2.3 Marketing cookies (opt-in)

Used to deliver relevant advertising and measure campaign effectiveness. Set by advertising partners only after your explicit consent.

• LinkedIn Insight Tag — tracks visits from LinkedIn ad campaigns and enables retargeting on LinkedIn.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — tracks conversions from Meta ad campaigns and enables retargeting on Facebook and Instagram.

3. Cookies from our partners

When you visit pages that embed content from our technology partners (Tilaka, Yubico, DHealth), those services may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not control these third-party cookies.

4. Managing your preferences

You have several ways to manage cookies:

• Our cookie banner — appears on your first visit. You can accept all, reject all (essential only), or customize per category. Click "Cookie Settings" in our footer to revisit at any time.
• Browser settings — most browsers allow you to block, delete, or be warned about cookies. Note: blocking essential cookies may break Site functionality.
• Opt-out tools — Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (<a href="https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout" target="_blank" rel="noopener">tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). LinkedIn ad preferences (<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/advertising" target="_blank" rel="noopener">linkedin.com/psettings/advertising). Meta ad preferences (<a href="https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences" target="_blank" rel="noopener">facebook.com/adpreferences).

5. Consent under UU PDP

Non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing) are only set after you provide explicit consent via our cookie banner, in line with UU No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP). Your consent is:

• Specific — you accept each category separately.
• Informed — this policy describes what each cookie does.
• Freely given — you can use essential Site functionality without accepting non-essential cookies.
• Revocable — you can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings link in our footer.

6. Cookie data and personal data protection

Some cookies process information that may be considered personal data (e.g., IP address, device identifier). Our handling of this data is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Your data subject rights — access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent — apply to cookie-derived data.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we introduce new cookies or change existing practices. Material changes will be re-prompted through the cookie banner. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
