DHealthcare was launched on 1 September 2026 by PT Citraraya Nusatama — the same team that builds SIMRS DHealth for Indonesian hospitals. One team, two products: DHealth runs hospitals; DHealthcare runs clinics, independent doctor practices, and pharmacies. The clinical-workflow depth comes from years of hospital operations; the packaging is deliberately lighter and priced for smaller facilities.
It is fully cloud- and browser-based: no servers to buy, no IT staff required. Registration, electronic medical records (RME), outpatient care, pharmacy, cashier, and financial reports live in one system, so your front desk, doctors, and pharmacy stop re-typing the same data. Two AI features do the heavy lifting: Speech-to-SOAP turns a doctor’s spoken notes into structured SOAP records, and AI stock projection helps your pharmacy order the right quantities before stock runs out.
The regulatory side is handled, not left to you. Permenkes No. 24/2022 makes electronic medical records mandatory for all healthcare facilities — including clinics and independent practices. DHealthcare ships with RME, native SATUSEHAT integration (FHIR), P-Care BPJS for primary-care claims, and SIPNAP reporting support for pharmacies.
