ABOUT TILAKA

Trust services with regulatory teeth.

For industries with high security and compliance needs, "digital signature" carries specific regulatory weight. A bank cannot use a casual e-signature tool for loan agreements. A hospital cannot rely on uncertified signatures for clinical documentation. Indonesia’s PP No. 71/2019 and KOMDIGI’s PSrE certification regime define what counts as legally binding.

Founded in 2019, Tilaka is one of Indonesia’s KOMDIGI-licensed Penyelenggara Sertifikasi Elektronik (PSrE) — NSK No. 423/2021 — and is registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as an electronic-signature provider. It collaborates with Dukcapil for population-data verification, holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and is a member of AFPI, ADTI, AFTECH, and KADIN. Today Tilaka is trusted by more than 150 institutions — banks, government agencies, hospital networks, and large enterprises operating under strict compliance regimes.

As a sister company of DTI, Tilaka brings its PSrE-standard trust services into DTI’s specialist stack — integrated with your existing systems (core banking, ERP, HIS, document workflows), with direct escalation paths to the Tilaka product team when something needs to change.

FAQ

Common questions

Is a Tilaka electronic signature legally valid?

Yes. UU ITE Article 11 and PP 71/2019 recognize electronic signatures, and a certified signature issued through a KOMDIGI-registered PSrE like Tilaka carries the strongest evidentiary weight — the signer’s identity is verified and document integrity is cryptographically protected.

What is the difference between certified and uncertified e-signatures?

A certified signature is created through a PSrE with an electronic certificate — verified identity, strong legal proof. Uncertified signatures (e.g., a pasted image) remain usable, but their evidentiary strength depends entirely on each system’s process and logs.

How is Tilaka priced?

Pricing is volume- and package-based (signatures, e-meterai, e-KYC verifications). Request a proposal and DTI will map your document volumes to the most efficient package.

How long does integration take?

The web portal is ready to use without integration. For API integration into your HRIS, procurement, or core systems, DTI assists from sandbox to production — timelines depend on your flows.

Does Tilaka support e-meterai?

Yes. The Tilaka suite includes official Indonesian e-meterai (electronic stamp duty) alongside certified digital signatures and e-KYC — one platform for legally binding documents.
