PIKK REPORTING PLATFORM

Financial Conglomerate Reporting That Is Consolidated, Accurate, and Audit-Ready

POJK 30/2024 and the P2SK Law place the Financial Conglomerate Holding Company (PIKK) in charge of integrated implementation across the group. DTI's PIKK platform helps you consolidate data and reports from every member entity into one controlled workflow — with automated validation and end-to-end audit trails.

Law No. 4 of 2023 on the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector (the P2SK Law) strengthened Indonesia's supervisory framework for financial conglomerates and mandated the establishment of a Financial Conglomerate Holding Company (PIKK). That mandate was operationalized through OJK Regulation (POJK) No. 30 of 2024 on Financial Conglomerates, which governs the designation of financial conglomerates, the obligation to establish or appoint a PIKK, and the PIKK's responsibility for integrated governance, integrated risk management, and integrated capital across the group.

The practical consequences are significant. The PIKK must collect, validate, and consolidate data from member entities across sectors — banking, insurance, capital markets, and financing — each with its own core systems, data formats, and reporting cycles. Financial conglomerate reporting is not simply adding numbers together; it demands consistent definitions across entities, reconciliation of intragroup transactions, and the ability to explain every figure to the supervisor on request.

Many financial groups still run this process manually: spreadsheets circulated by email, consolidated by a small team at the holding company, then re-checked as the deadline approaches. This pattern is vulnerable to version errors, out-of-sync data, and the loss of any record of who changed what. DTI's PIKK reporting platform was built specifically to replace that pattern with a structured workflow — from data collection at the entity level to consolidated reports ready for submission to OJK.

Why Financial Conglomerate Reporting Is Hard to Do Manually

Data scattered across entities and systems

Each member entity has its own core system, chart of accounts, and data formats. Unifying them manually is slow and produces inconsistent interpretations across entities.

Spreadsheet-based consolidation is error-prone

Overwritten formulas, mixed-up file versions, and copy-paste across workbooks are classic error sources. A single wrong cell can propagate into the consolidated report submitted to the supervisor.

No complete audit trail

When supervisors or auditors ask where a figure came from, manual processes rarely show who entered it, when it changed, and on what basis. Manual reconstruction can take weeks.

Layered deadlines with a small team

The holding company's reporting team must chase data from many entities with different closing cycles, then validate everything as deadlines converge. Under this peak load, quality checks are often the first casualty.

One Platform for the Entire PIKK Reporting Cycle

Automated cross-entity consolidation

Data from member entities is collected via system connections or structured templates, then automatically mapped to the group's reporting taxonomy — replacing manual, spreadsheet-based consolidation.

Layered data validation before consolidation

Validation rules check completeness, period-over-period consistency, and value reasonableness from the moment data enters at the entity level. Anomalies are held and returned to the data owner, not discovered after submission.

Intragroup transaction reconciliation

Exposures and transactions between member entities are systematically identified and matched, so intragroup eliminations in the consolidated report can be justified figure by figure.

End-to-end audit trail

Every input, change, approval, and submission is recorded with user identity and timestamp. Report version history can be traced back whenever supervisors or auditors request it.

Tiered approvals and monitored deadlines

Maker-checker-approver roles, per-entity task assignment, and deadline reminders live in one dashboard. PIKK management sees the status of every report in real time — not through email recaps.

The platform is built on DTI's long track record of delivering reporting and data consolidation systems for financial institutions and large corporations in Indonesia.

How the Platform Works

1

Mapping the group structure and reporting requirements

DTI's team works with you to map the conglomerate structure, member entities, the reports the PIKK is responsible for, and the data sources in each entity. The result becomes the platform's taxonomy and workflow configuration.

2

Integrating and standardizing entity data

Member entity data is connected through system integration, structured uploads, or a combination of both — matched to each entity's readiness. Mapping and validation rules are applied so data definitions are uniform across the group.

3

Consolidation, reconciliation, and tiered review

The platform runs consolidation and intragroup reconciliation automatically, then routes the results through the maker-checker-approver review flow. Every validation finding must be resolved before a report can be finalized.

4

Finalization, submission, and audit archive

Final reports are generated in the formats required for submission to OJK and for internal group use. All supporting data, change history, and approvals are retained as an audit-ready archive.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a PIKK and why does it matter now?

PIKK stands for Perusahaan Induk Konglomerasi Keuangan — the financial conglomerate holding company responsible for implementing integrated governance, integrated risk management, and integrated capital across a financial conglomerate. This obligation was mandated by Law No. 4/2023 (P2SK) and further regulated in POJK 30/2024, so groups designated as financial conglomerates need to prepare both the organizational structure and the reporting infrastructure.

Which financial conglomerates must establish a PIKK?

Designation as a financial conglomerate and the obligation to establish or appoint a PIKK follow the criteria in POJK 30/2024, including the group's asset scale and the presence of entities in more than one financial services sector. Because designation is made by OJK for each group, we recommend consulting the regulation directly and OJK's official correspondence to confirm your group's status.

What types of reports can be managed on the platform?

The platform is designed to support the reports a PIKK is responsible for, such as those related to integrated governance, integrated risk management, integrated capital, and other periodic reports required by the supervisor. Report structures are configured to follow the prevailing rules, so they can be adjusted when OJK updates reporting formats or scope.

How does the platform ensure accuracy across many entities?

Accuracy is protected in layers: automated validation rules check data as it is entered at the entity level, taxonomy mapping standardizes definitions across entities, and intragroup reconciliation matches transactions between group members. Data that fails validation is returned to its owner with clear findings before it ever reaches consolidation.

Can the platform connect to each member entity's core systems?

Yes. The platform supports integration via APIs or structured file exchange, and this can be combined with template-based input for entities whose systems are not yet ready to integrate. This phased approach lets the group start operating without waiting for every entity to complete integration.

How are data security and audit trails handled?

Every activity — input, changes, approvals, and report submission — is recorded with user identity and timestamps, forming a traceable audit trail. Electronic system operations follow GR 71/2019, personal data handling within the platform is aligned with Law No. 27/2022, and the platform can be deployed on-premise or in a private cloud according to your group's policy.
